What we collect

This website collects no personal data through forms, because there are none. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, together with your WhatsApp profile name and number.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). This data is not used to identify individuals.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services fit your brokerage, and provide those services if we work together.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate our systems (for example, hosting and messaging infrastructure), each bound by their own data protection obligations.

Data handled on behalf of clients

When we operate acquisition, messaging and CRM systems for a brokerage, enquiry data belongs to that brokerage. We process it on their instructions and under our agreement with them.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by UAE law, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
